In a world filled with diverse desires, happiness stands as the ultimate goal for everyone. Every human endeavor, every effort toward achieving anything, is ultimately driven by the pursuit of happiness.

We constantly search for happiness in all aspects of life—social, economic, political, and spiritual.

However, our insatiable desires can often deprive us of this essential quality of life known as happiness.

While some people find happiness in the abundance of material possessions, others discover it in a sense of contentment.

This relativity in the sources of happiness is actually a positive aspect, as it reflects the innate diversity of human nature. It prevents life from trapping everyone in a singular, “inorganic” achievement standard for finding happiness.

Regardless of our personal achievements, certain fundamental principles can naturally lead to happiness:

A day filled with no bad news from our loved ones is a good day, bringing us positive vibes. Our happiness often stems from the happiness of others.

The number of problems we have solved for others can refresh us. It’s wonderful how helping others can bring joy to our lives.

When our family is in good health, we can navigate the day with joy, even if we face material hardships.

However, there’s a paradox: if any of us starts the day in poor health, we should still find countless reasons to be happy. Why is that?

Life itself is a gift, and our physical condition is not the most important factor. It’s the state of our inner selves that holds the promise for a fulfilling life.
